With dependency based boot sequencing, I discovered what I believe is
a bug in the init.d scripts.  The script uses files in /usr/, and
should depend on $remote_fs.  Further, the script depend on the
non-existing facility $mythtv-backend.  This do not exist in the
Debian archive as far as I can see, and I suspect it should be some
facility provided by the mythtv scripts.  I suggest changing this to
not be a virtual facility and to make the dependency optional to avoid
being unable to install the script when the facility is not available.
The stop dependencies should probably be the same as the start
facilities.

The XML since r20037 contains some additional states, cater for them.

From my research, I am on ProtoVer 44 which was switched at 19978.
The changes to State went in at 20037, well after the switch to 44.
I am currently on 20281.

The comments in /etc/default/mythtv-status should now be a bit clearer about
which scripts use which variables.

In the postinst I was setting EMAIL_ARGS to a default setting it wasn't set.
This caused it not "remember" if someone had removed the arguments and always
reset it to the default setting.  Now the default setting is set before the
config file is loaded.  So that any settings (or unsettings) in the config
file will be used.

Move the limiting of how many auto expire shows to display to an outer loop.

This stops us from building a MythTV::Program object for every show in the
auto expire list, even those we aren't going to display.
