Turn on extra lintian warnings (lintian -I) when building the debs

Hi Andrew,

I just found out about the -I option to Lintian:

  -I, --display-info        display "I:" tags (normally suppressed)

It didn't find anything wrong with your package but it did show a few things for
another package of mine.
